He was born December 24, 1941 in Berwyn, IL. to John and Jeanette (Augustyn) Clark.

He was a Roman Catholic Priest for 50 years and served as an Associate Pastor at St. Vincent de Paul in Perryville.

He is survived by one sister-in-law and by one niece and nephew.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother: Anthony Clark.

Services are private.

Burial will be at Vincentian Community Cemetery in Perryville.
